Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of CamperVans.net (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Обработка и отправка заказа очень быстрая. Доставка курьером достаточно быстрая. Упакован не плохо, чайник, маленькая кастрюлька и крышка в пакетиках. Весь набор в мешке для переноски и хранения упакован в картонную коробку. В комплекте 4 пластиковых чашки и две плоских тарелки. Набора на двух (трёх) человек вполне должно хватить. На одном из фото видно, что крышка от большой кастрюли не плохо подходит для сковороды. Из небольших минусов ручки на мелкой кастрюле в открытом состояний почти не держаться, думаю что и остальные ждёт такая же участь, но не считаю это проблемой.

Очень быстрая доставка. Товар очень качественный. Я искал кастрюли именно с металлическими крышками, потому что сейчас много таких наборов с пластиковыми крышками, но металл надежнее в походе. Предыдущий мой набор был точь в точь такой же по форме, предметам и материалу (анодированный алюминий) и прослужил мне 15 лет, да и сейчас живой. А этот я брал на подарок брату.

Все супер! Ручки пластиковые попахивают, но думаю это - вопрос времени. Продавец сам!!! поставил стоимость в декларацию такую, чтобы обойтись без пошлины))) рекомендую всем!

посылка пришла быстро. До самарской области 5дней( с Московского склада) По поводу товара, очень сильно пахло напыление, запах был химический и противный! Раз 5 обдавал все кипятком, а запах не пропал

The dishes are good, very light. On three volumes excellent. Plates and cups are useless-small very, only children in the sand to play. The lid from the pan fits the pan (in the photo it's not obvious)

Доставка до Ростова-на-Дону меньше недели. Доставил курьер к двери.Качество изготовления отличное. Чайничек маленький, реально на одну большую кружку крупного мужика, на четверых уж вообще никак не растянешь в лучшем случае на двоих. Тарелки вообще маленькие. В столовке на тарелочки такого объема сметану к борщу кладут. То что описано как блюдо, у нас обычная тарелка: ). Так как комплект складывается один в один размер оправдан. Комплект выглядит достаточно серьезно, не кажется детскими игрушками. На двоих вообще подойдёт. Тарелочки, чашечки, ложечки, губочка - хрень одноразовая, я повелся исключительно на полный комплект (не жалею). Чехол в отличии от аналогичных комплектов изготовлен из плотного материала хорошего качества.Упаковка комплекта посуды отличная. Даже коробка не была повреждена. Все элементы комплекта в отдельном целофановом пакетике. Если будут доставлять так же как и мне то можно смело брать на подарок. Рыбак или охотник будет доволен. Продавцу СПАСИБО. Советую!!!

The product corresponds to the description in part, because. Unfortunately the store pointed out that 2 flat plates are made of melamine!!! It is good that there is a corresponding marking on the bottom. I would know-I did not order this kit. The safety of little deep bowls remains. There is no marking on them, but it looks like it's a regular pay. Probably have to throw them away, not to risk health. To metal products there are no questions, everything is quality.

Packed compactly, the weight is small. Deep plates of OK, all pots and kettle in quality ok, kettle in volume for 4 people. Max. The only thing that is not OK is a sponge for washing dishes, it became a rag after 2 washes. In the pan tried to stove pancakes-it did not work out, it is designed only to warm up. It came in a month, delivered to the address by courier. Served all the way. Recommend a set!

Delivery fast. Less than two weeks before Omsk. Completeness in accordance with the description on the site. Quality check in summer (I will try to write a review). Everyone likes it.
